Return Policy

Refunds are available for all of our software except for the School Psychological Report Writer, School Psychologist Report Assistant, and the SLP Report Writer.  You have 3 days to return your software purchase. If you are having technical problems, please contact us to help you try to resolve issues before initiating a return. If 5 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.

Once a return has been finalized, you will agree to delete all software files, download links, (including download emails), archival copies, and agree not to distribute or sell the software.

We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment gateway (such as PayPal or Apple Pay), as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Software downloads can be exchanged in the event you have downloaded the wrong operating system. We do not offer an exchange between our various types of software.

Hard copies of software can be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will work with you on returning the physical product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning a hard copy of the software. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
